Brad Evans
Director
Brad studied a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at CSU, finishing in 2003. Brad became CA qualified in 2006.
Brad commenced work in accounting in 2003, becoming partner in 2014.
With great opportunity, Brad opened Advisory One in October 2020.
Outside of work, Brad was married to Jen in December 2017. Brad and Jen have two children, Samuel andj Cooper.
Brad enjoys catching up with friends for a beer or coffee and is a passionate NRL supporter following the mighty Roosters.
Raquel Boatswain
Manager
Raquel studied a Bachelor of Accounting (HRM) at CSU, finishing in 2014. Raquel went on to complete her CA in 2018.
Raquel commenced work in accounting in 2013, becoming a manager in 2019.
Outside of work, Kel enjoys exercising, crocheting, and catching up with friends over a good coffee and breakfast.
She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, Desmond and Esmae.
Kel is becoming quite the gardener and landscaper. It is always exciting to watch the changes.
Rebekah Myers
Administration Manager
Rebekah studied a Certificate 3 in Business.
Rebekah commenced work in accounting administration in 2016, becoming an asset to the Advisory One administration.
Rebekah also helps her partner run a local bricklaying business.
Outside of work, Bek enjoys time with her partner, Dean and son, Lewie. Bek enjoys catching up with friends, camping and all things outdoors
Amanda Collins
Practice Manager/Accountant
Amanda studied a Bachelor of Business & Commerce (Accounting) at Western Sydney University in 2009 while working at a mid-tier insolvency firm in Sydney. She has 5 years’ experience in corporate insolvency across a range of industries.
Amanda started her career in taxation at a local accounting firm in 2015, before moving to a firm in Orange in 2017, where she worked alongside our Director, Brad Evans. Amanda completed her CA in 2018.
Amanda joined the Advisory One team in October 2021, reuniting her career alongside Brad.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, son and two miniature dachshunds, Jack and Sally.
Veera Bassi
Accountant
Veera is one of our accountants. Veera has a passion for helping small business owners to manage and grow their financial well-being.
She is Xero certified and gained her MBA and MPA from the University of Newcastle. Veera provides her clients with sound advice, responsiveness, and peace of mind.
Outside of work, Veera loves to spend time with her family. Veera has two sons, Kunal and Rantej.
Veronica Alexander
Bookkeeper
Veronica studied and completed the Certificate IV in bookkeeping in 2016.
Veronica has worked within the public service sector, Nestle and YBM before moving to Advisory One in October 2020 as a Bookkeeper.
Veronica has over 30 years’ experience in all areas of Administration, Client Services, IT and Payroll. Outside of work Veronica enjoys lawn bowls, sewing and being with her family.
Melinda Crosbie
Accountant
Mel has studied Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at CSU Bathurst. She brings fifteen years’ experience in accounting and tax to Advisory One and has a background in bookkeeping as well.
She enjoys working with both Xero and MYOB to streamline compliance processes for clients. She also loves the challenge of getting the best tax outcomes possible and has a special interest in the fields of agriculture, viticulture and medical.
Outside of work, you will find Mel in her garden or spending time with her family. She and her husband have three grown children, a grandson and their much-loved fur baby Bonnie.
She loves a good book, all forms of craft and a good laugh.
Rojina Basnet
Accountant
Rojina studied a Bachelor of Business Accounting at Kent Institute Australia, finishing in 2017.
Rojina commenced work at Advisory One in August 2021.
Outside of work, Rojina has a passion for outdoor sports and DIY projects.
Jarrod Baxter
Accountant
Jarrod is currently studying for his certificate IV of Accounting & Bookkeeping at TAFE.
Jarrod began working at Advisory One in June 2025 after moving to Bathurst to live with his partner, previously working in an accounting firm in Dubbo for a year and a half.
Jarrod has a love for helping people and a love for animals, when he is not at work he enjoys spending time with his partner Faith, playing games, beating his mates in pool, working on his yard and occasionally reading a book.
Jonalyn Pascual
Accountant
Jonalyn is an innovative and driven accountant with over 4 years of experience. She studied Bachelor of Accounting at Tarlac State University.
She has a background in bookkeeping, budgeting, and payroll. She strives to learn new ways of doing things and takes on challenges that sometimes go out of her comfort zone.
Outside of work, Jonalyn likes watching television and catching up with friends over a good coffee. She loves music, hiking and watching live concerts of her favourite singers.
Rajala
Accountant
Rajala is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from India whose credentials have been officially assessed by CPA Australia, highlighting her commitment to maintaining global professional standards.
With hands-on experience in the Australian taxation system, Rajala has worked as a Tax Accountant at H&R Block for three tax seasons. In this role, she gained practical expertise in preparing individual tax returns, providing tax planning advice, and ensuring compliance with the latest ATO regulations.
In addition, Rajala completed a 3-month trainee placement with Goodwill Partners in 2023, where she further developed her technical skills in tax compliance, financial reporting, and client communication.
Outside of work, Rajala enjoys a fulfilling family life in Australia with her husband and their son. She loves spending quality time with her family, often enjoying outdoor activities and exploring new places together.
